Fat Loss to PerFit U

Designed for individuals who are more than 20 pounds overweight. A periodized program will be constructed around your goals: Foundation/Corrective, Hypertrophy as well as Strength and Conditioning are required phases that will help you to develop a consistent approach to weight loss, avoid plateaus and lead you to a healthier lifestyle.


Do it Yourself

A personalized home program designed for the more experienced exerciser who wants variety and/or change to an existing program. This includes a one hour private session.
