The PerFit U Semi-Private Fitness Boot Camp is an indoor/outdoor group Program designed for individuals like you


who are looking to jump start a fitness regimen. This non-military type Program is fun, effective and challenging – you


will sweat, feel pumped, leaving you energized and strong! The best part of all is you are not alone in this journey. You


will meet like-minded people for motivation and social support! Space is limited and registering only 4 people in a


Program. You will use The PerFit U’s commercial equipment for cardiovascular, TRX Suspension Trainer for functional


and body weight training, Stability Ball, Core Training, Pilates and Flexibility programming.

    Where, when and what time does the boot camp start?


    The PerFit U Studio is located on Edinburgh and Kortright Rd. All classes are being held indoors (studio) during the


    winter months. There are (3) three classes to choose from:



    1 Hour PerFit Boot Camp classes starting on March 8, 2010 - To March 31, 2010


    (Monday and Wednesday)

    Morning Class - 8:00 - 9:00 A.M.


    1 Hour PerFit Boot Camp classes starting on March 9, 2010 - To April 1, 2010


    (Tuesday and Thursday)

    Morning Class - 11:00 A.M.- 12:00 P.M.



    1 Hour PerFit Boot Camp classes starting on March 10, 2010 - To April 2, 2010


    (Wednesday and Friday)

    Evening Class - 6:00 - 7:00 P.M.
