I understand that you always have the BEST intentions of getting back into shape...BUT sometimes life seems tough, children take too much of your time or there isn't enough time of day to juggle 20 million things, so working out does not become a priority. Because of these circumstances, you have let yourself go! I have been in the fitness industry for over 5 years; however, my passion for fitness stems from my own personal achievements. When I discovered weight training in my early twenties, I immediately fell in love. My interest piqued and my self-esteem skyrocketed when I witnessed the improvements that resistance training had on my overall physique as I felt my strength increasing. All I wanted to do was research, experiment and learn all that I could about the human body, different exercise techniques, and the various forms of fitness.
Here I am almost 10 years later and I am still passionate about fitness! More importantly, I developed a passion to reach and help people who are looking to build a new self - a self they can like again.
Here's how ONLINE TRAINING works: After completing your fitness assessments, I will create your workout plan and deliver it by email. You will also receive a customized meal plan and grocery list to help you transform your body. The PerFit U Online Personal Training provides you with the opportunity to work with me even if you are on the other side of the globe!
What you need to make this work: Aside from Internet and Email access, Accountability and Consistency. You need to do the work! Try making this a part of your everyday routine. Set aside some time to work on you! If 1/2 hour is all you've got, then I will ensure your program gets you in and out of the gym!

4-week Total Body Introductory Program designed to give you the advantage of trying out The PerFit U's program. Perfect for Beginners or someone looking for a change in program! Follow this program for 4 weeks and you can expect to feel energized, feel tight with at least 1-3lbs of weight loss and can be down one clothing size.
Building The PerFit U - $150.00
(Online Personal Training Package)
12-week program designed to jump start your fitness regimen with short and long term goals in mind. If you want to trim your body, lose inches or to increase muscle tone, this program will build The PerFit U.
Total Body Transformation - $115.00
(Online Personal Training Package)
16-week program is designed for individual who wants a new body in 16 weeks. A periodized program will be constructed around your goals: Foundation/Corrective, Hypertrophy as well as Strength and Endurance are required phases that will help you to develop a consistent approach to weight loss, avoid plateaus and lead you to a healthier lifestyle.
Graduated Boot Campers Package - $130.00 (Online Personal Training)
