"Getting To Know Fitness" Program
A 4 session introductory package designed for first-time clients of The PerFit U. This will give you the advantage to try out The PerFit U's program and find out if this type of training is for you. (Training at 2x per week for 2 weeks ).
"Building The PerFit U" Program
A 12-week program designed to jump start your fitness regimen with your short and long term goals in mind. If you want to trim your body, lose weight or to increase muscle tone, this program will build The PerFit U. (Training at 3x per week for 12 weeks). A comprehensive meal plan is included with this program.
"Buddy UP" Program
Do you thrive on working out in groups or with a partner? The Buddy Up Program is designed for 2 people who have similar goals in mind. Both participants must be injury free.
"Do it Yourself" Program
A personalized home program designed for more experienced exerciser who wants variety and/or change to an existing program. This includes a one hour private session.
"Stronger at 50" Program
This program is designed for older clients who are cautious about training in general. The PerFit U's approach to exercise progression, the use of tubing or flex bands instead of heavy weights, functional movements to help with day to day activities and stretching can help you stay fit for life.
Rates for The PerFit U Personal Training
Private Session: $65.00 per hour
Pre Book 10 Private Sessions: $60.00 per hour/session
Semi-Private Session (2 People): $90.00 per hour ($45 each/hr)
Pre Book 10 Semi-Private Sessions: $80.00 per hour/session
"Building The PerFit U" Program: $55.00 per hour/session (BEST value)
"Do it Yourself" Program: $90.00 per Program (includes a one hour session)

Personalized program design, fitness testing, postural assessment, review of past and current health history, body measurements and before/after pictures are included with most programs.
Introduction to Pilates and Essential Pilates exercises are infused with most Personal Training programs.
